The short version

Kasino Ayiti collects no personal data. We don't sell, share or analyse anything about you, because we don't have it.

What stays on your device

Your player name and your settings (language, sound, coach, difficulty, game mode and your games/wins count) are saved in your device's local storage so the game remembers them next time. They never leave your device unless you play online (below). Clearing the app's data, or your browser's site data, deletes them.

Online play

When you choose to play online, the game sends your display name and your game moves to our game server at play.balvariq.com over an encrypted connection (HTTPS / secure WebSocket), so the other players at your table can see your name and your moves. Each player only ever receives their own hand.

The server keeps a table only while it is in use. One hour after the last move or join at a table — whether the game was waiting, playing or finished — the table closes and everything about it (names, moves, seats) is deleted. There is no database, no backup and no log of games: we keep nothing.

Like any website, our hosting providers (Netlify for the website, Cloudflare for the game server) briefly process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the connection and protect against abuse. We have turned off request logging on the game server and we do not use this information to identify you or build a profile. The game loads nothing from third parties — fonts and images are served from our own site.

What we don't do

• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, tracking pixels or third-party trackers.
• No accounts, sign-in, email or phone number.
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts or file access. The Android app only asks for internet access and vibration (for haptic feedback).
• No payments, no betting, no in-game currency. Kasino Ayiti is a traditional family card game: the only score is cards captured.

Children

Kasino Ayiti is a family card game. Because we collect no personal data, we collect none from children either.

Changes

If this ever changes — for example if we add optional ads or sign-in in a later version — we will update this page and the store listings before that version ships, and change the effective date above.
